Defensores de Fasano's Deng Liang Yao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Insúa in the 6th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Los Liquisue FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Deutsch came free, but Uwe Septinius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uwe Septinius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Generoso Nazario in the 20th minute of the match. If Grigoris Berzovitis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Defensores de Fasano defense, Federico Insúa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Deng Liang Yao. The Defensores de Fasano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Deng Liang Yao should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Generoso Nazario got free with Uwe Septinius in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Uwe Septinius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Teodor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Deng Liang Yao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grigoris Berzovitis in the 32nd minute of play. Deng Liang Yao stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Federico Insúa's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. After a rather tough play, Los Liquisue FC's Grigoris Berzovitis got a free kick in the 35th minute. After 36 played minutes Los Liquisue FC got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Kusko. 37 minutes into the match, Los Liquisue FC's goalkeeper Uwe Septinius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domingo Guillen. Uwe Septinius made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Generoso Nazario sent off a good shot on target. Grigoris Berzovitis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Federico Insúa to strike the kick off in the second half. Paolo Gabino kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Federico Insúa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Deng Liang Yao read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Los Liquisue FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Norberto Acevedo in the 58th minute. Los Liquisue FC's Norberto Acevedo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Deng Liang Yao in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 63 minutes into the match, Federico Insúa notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Defensores de Fasano's Deng Liang Yao. Deng Liang Yao was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Domingo Guillen kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. With a little luck, Defensores de Fasano's Deng Liang Yao got control of the ball when Norberto Acevedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Defensores de Fasano's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Norberto Acevedo was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Liquisue FC's players had a chance to rest. The Los Liquisue FC fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when Los Liquisue FC's Emiliano Boni looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Grigoris Berzovitis kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Roland Deutsch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Defensores de Fasano made a substitution. Tiburcio Peruxu replaced Generoso Nazario. Hermengildo Itzaina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Deng Liang Yao having to interfere. 85 minutes into the game, Los Liquisue FC's Federico Insúa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Deng Liang Yao made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. A collision led to Defensores de Fasano getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Domingo Guillen hit a great ball. The Los Liquisue FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Los Liquisue FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
