Los Liquisue FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gregorio Tirso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, Los Liquisue FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Tirso came free, but Uwe Septinius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodrigo Ferdinand in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uwe Septinius saved Los Liquisue FC from getting behind. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Liquisue FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nicolas Sancho was slow to take the kick. During this time Boquenses's players had a chance to rest. Nicolas Sancho made a great header on Boquenses's corner, it was just that Los Liquisue FC's Uwe Septinius managed to reach the ball for a save. Gregorio Tirso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Uwe Septinius made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Ferdinand in the 30th minute of play forced Los Liquisue FC's goalkeeper Uwe Septinius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodrigo Ferdinand got in the 30th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Uwe Septinius handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Tobias Osoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Insúa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilfredo Salvadore made in the 43rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Severino Rey immediately put the ball in play. Boquenses's Tobias Osoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Insúa in the 46th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicolas Sancho to make the kick off. A collision led to Boquenses getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Severino Rey hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodrigo Ferdinand in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uwe Septinius saved Los Liquisue FC from getting behind. A collision led to Boquenses getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Stein Geest hit a great ball. Boquenses's Tobias Osoro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Boquenses from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Boquenses's Tobias Osoro got control of the ball when Federico Insúa tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Ferdinand in the 94th minute of play forced Los Liquisue FC's goalkeeper Uwe Septinius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Boquenses had played much better football throughout.
