The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Grosso United's goalkeeper Arcadio Buendia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Antonín Orlík sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 11 minutes into the match, NECKER49's goal looked a bit too open when Ulises Gartzen came free, but Joel Cristofor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arcadio Buendia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Rockeloos, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonín Orlík in the 13th minute of play forced NECKER49's goalkeeper Joel Cristofor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blaise Dahmani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arcadio Buendia having to interfere. The NECKER49 fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when NECKER49's Octavio Beat looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 32nd match minute, NECKER49 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiburcio Argina to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute of the match, Fikri Bera sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Joel Cristofor showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, NECKER49's goalkeeper Joel Cristofor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cayetano Xacintu. With a little luck, NECKER49's Joel Cristofor got control of the ball when Antonín Orlík tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 36th minute of the match, Antonín Orlík got a very nice opportunity to score, but Joel Cristofor was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cayetano Xacintu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joel Cristofor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Hugo Gonzáles struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Arcadio Buendia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NECKER49. The NECKER49 fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when NECKER49's Octavio Beat looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Grosso United's goalkeeper Arcadio Buendia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 49 minutes Grosso United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pedro Llope who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Pedro Llope got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arcadio Buendia quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ulises Gartzen to make the kick off. Joel Cristofor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulises Gartzen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Antonín Orlík had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arcadio Buendia made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Octavio Beat sent off a good shot on target. Arcadio Buendia didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 63rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. NECKER49's Teofilo Gauargi was substituted for Carlos Larra. Arcadio Buendia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Gauargi in the 67th minute of play. Arcadio Buendia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavio Beat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, NECKER49's goal looked a bit too open when Brandon Bayart came free, but Joel Cristofor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. NECKER49's Joel Cristofor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Gartzen in the 74th minute of play. When Grosso United's Brandon Bayart in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye NECKER49's goalie prevented a goal. 77 minutes into the game, Octavio Beat cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Arcadio Buendia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Silvano Casanova did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-6 to the left of a surprised Arcadio Buendia 85 minutes into the match. Reynaldo Pietro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joel Cristofor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Arcadio Buendia was a little too slow when Teofilo Gauargi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 0-7. NECKER49's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
