Tulio Andinyach was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Saul Gomesano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luis Täger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Cassaretto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Parque Europa FC fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Parque Europa FC's Froilan Reyes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. CD Municipal's Oliver Ramon quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Guillen Titos, made in the 23rd minute of the game. In the 34th match minute, CD Municipal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oliver Ramon to maneuver through the defense. CD Municipal's George Forsyth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atahan Balyemez in the 36th minute of play. After 40 played minutes Parque Europa FC got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldo Fenomeno. In the 43rd minute Froilan Reyes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Forsyth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Parque Europa FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Ronaldo Fenomeno hit a great ball. Ronaldo Fenomeno kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The CD Municipal players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Parque Europa FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enrique Cassaretto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Enrique Cassaretto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luis Täger having to make a save. Enrique Cassaretto took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luis Täger. Luis Täger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. CD Municipal's Ryota Miyagi was substituted for Lucas Huidobro. Parque Europa FC made a substitution. Aureliano Soto replaced Froilan Reyes. Parque Europa FC's Coronel Castro was substituted for Saul Gomesano. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Coronel Castro in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg George Forsyth saved CD Municipal from getting behind. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Coronel Castro sped through CD Municipal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of George Forsyth. In the 74th minute Coronel Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Forsyth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luis Täger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Cassaretto in the 77th minute of play.
