Fermin Kauldi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 6 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Montalcino SE's Nicolas Espiridion fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Valdomiro Ferraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fermin Kauldi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Cãlin Damaschin managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Montalcino SE's Modesto Atarratze fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cãlin Damaschin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Espiridion in the 15th minute of the match. Fermin Kauldi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valdomiro Ferraz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fermin Kauldi in the 23rd minute of the match. Valdomiro Ferraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fermin Kauldi, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Fermin Kauldi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valdomiro Ferraz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fermin Kauldi in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valdomiro Ferraz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Granville getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Apolo Heriberto hit a great ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Nicolas Espiridion managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montalcino SE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolas Espiridion was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Montalcino SE made a substitution. Perivaldo Paiva replaced Modesto Atarratze. Granville's Jesús Salvador was substituted for Fermin Kauldi. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jesús Salvador to make the kick off. With a little luck, Montalcino SE's Valdomiro Ferraz got control of the ball when Arnaldo Chano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Granville's Cãlin Damaschin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Espiridion in the 57th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Arnaldo Chano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Granville's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnaldo Chano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valdomiro Ferraz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valdomiro Ferraz made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Arnaldo Chano sent off a good shot on target. Valdomiro Ferraz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Isidor in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to Montalcino SE getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Genílson Diniz hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Montalcino SE's Genílson Diniz got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Montalcino SE's Valdomiro Ferraz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Montalcino SE from getting a goal against them. Cãlin Damaschin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Espiridion, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the game, Leonardo de Godoi threw the ball into play from the sideline. Granville's Andrei Oros quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 79th minute Osasun Palomino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdomiro Ferraz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Perivaldo Paiva in the 81st minute of play forced Granville's goalkeeper Cãlin Damaschin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84thth minute of the game Anibal Rubio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Montalcino SE's Valdomiro Ferraz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Isaltino Figueiredo kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. With a little luck, Montalcino SE's Valdomiro Ferraz got control of the ball when Osasun Palomino tried to sneak it across the goal line.
