Nicolas Espiridion ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Espiridion in the 17th minute of play forced Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba's goalkeeper Rômulo Lopez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rômulo Lopez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Modesto Atarratze showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 21 minute of play. After 42 played minutes Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba got a freekick which was hit by Hamílton Seco. 42 minutes into the match, Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo de Godoi came free, but Rômulo Lopez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Niklas Larsson was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th match minute, Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niklas Larsson to maneuver through the defense. Rômulo Lopez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolas Espiridion's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba's Rômulo Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Perivaldo Paiva in the 64th minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rômulo Lopez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Perivaldo Paiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Rômulo Lopez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
