Ciro Vander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Jonasson having to interfere. Leonard Hegg charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonard Hegg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. De Gröna FK's Henry Söderström got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lennart Sjöberg kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When Henry Söderström came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the De Gröna FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henry Söderström couldn't finish the play. Harry Jonasson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ciro Vander's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. With his leg Rômulo Lopez managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when De Gröna FK's Thor Wallmark fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Leonard Hegg hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Rômulo Lopez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thor Wallmark in the 44th minute. Thor Wallmark's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rômulo Lopez firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ciro Vander made a kick off. Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciro Vander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Niklas Larsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Jonasson having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thor Wallmark in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rômulo Lopez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Olaf Wodaszak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciro Vander was extremely unlucky when he, in the 68th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Georg Arbogast fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba's protests and gave Georg Arbogast a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Georg Arbogast hit a great ball. Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba's Rômulo Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Söderström in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Söderström in the 77th minute of play forced Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba's goalkeeper Rômulo Lopez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba's Rômulo Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thor Wallmark in the 79th minute of play. In the 84th match minute, De Gröna FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olof Arenius to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Söderström in the 90th minute of play forced Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba's goalkeeper Rômulo Lopez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing De Gröna FK to leave the ground with a draw.
