After 4 minutes, Severo Rivero made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. De Gröna FK's Harry Jonasson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Higinio Urti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Harry Jonasson having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Urti in the 11th minute of play forced De Gröna FK's goalkeeper Harry Jonasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafal Gurgul got free with Harry Jonasson in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 14th minute of the match Margarita got a corner. De Gröna FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evelio Medardo got free with Harry Jonasson in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thor Wallmark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Margarita's Harry Jonasson threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Severo Rivero, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Harry Jonasson made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Higinio Urti sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Margarita booed when De Gröna FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Jonasson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
