Rômulo Lopez was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Daniel Fribäck capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Fribäck really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba's Rômulo Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Fribäck in the 11th minute of play. A throw-in in the 13th minute of the game was made by Fidel Nadal with Olaf Wodaszak as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 15 minutes into the match, Daniel Fribäck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rômulo Lopez. Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Fribäck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Unikurdos United F.C.'s Daniel Fribäck slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rômulo Lopez. That made the score 4-0 after 26 minutes of play. The corner led to Unikurdos United F.C.'s Joaquin Champ getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Rômulo Lopez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Fribäck, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Unikurdos United F.C.'s Hever Zapatero got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Daniel Fribäck left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Unikurdos United F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Daniel Fribäck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

After a defensive mix-up in Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba's zone, Hever Zapatero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rômulo Lopez came out of the goal and Hever Zapatero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Unikurdos United F.C.'s Daniel Fribäck in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba's goalie prevented a goal. Rômulo Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Fribäck in the 58th minute of play. Ciro Vander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Georg Arbogast kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba's Rômulo Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rojelio Carrera in the 71st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Gaizka Mendieta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Unikurdos United F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Gaizka Mendieta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rômulo Lopez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba's Rômulo Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hever Zapatero in the 75th minute of play. After 76 minutes of play, Unikurdos United F.C.'s Hever Zapatero made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rômulo Lopez was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Unikurdos United F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Unikurdos United F.C.'s Rojelio Carrera looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 83rd minute, Rojelio Carrera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rômulo Lopez was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Rômulo Lopez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gorka Astola, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba's goal looked a bit too open when Rojelio Carrera came free, but Rômulo Lopez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gorka Astola in the 92nd minute of play forced Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba's goalkeeper Rômulo Lopez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
