Through an outstanding action, after 3 minutes, Andrea Perez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A nice corner shot did that Leonards Štucers got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Germán Figueres quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Eugeniusz Milko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Andrea Perez made a huge save. In the 21st minute Fabio Cienfuegos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germán Figueres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Everett Gerber in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Germán Figueres saved S.D NARCEA from getting behind. S.D NARCEA's Germán Figueres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Urtzi in the 37th minute of play. In the 41st minute Fabio Cienfuegos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germán Figueres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrea Perez was a little too slow when Eugeniusz Milko got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 2-1. Eugeniusz Milko scored 3-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andrea Perez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eugeniusz Milko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Melandru de Cenero's goal looked a bit too open when Eugeniusz Milko came free, but Andrea Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Joachim Incera sped through S.D NARCEA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Germán Figueres. Andrea Perez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frisco Pascua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Nunez Urtzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andrea Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caio Freire in the 65th minute of play. S.D NARCEA's Germán Figueres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Cienfuegos in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, S.D NARCEA's goal looked a bit too open when Everett Gerber came free, but Germán Figueres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Melandru de Cenero's Andrea Perez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calisto Zaplana in the 68th minute of play. In the 68th minute Calisto Zaplana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrea Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. S.D NARCEA's Pietro Macia was substituted for Paquito Rey. In the 72nd minute S.D NARCEA were awarded a corner. Félix Zărnescu went to the cornerflag to take it. S.D NARCEA's Félix Zărnescu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Andrea Perez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Germán Figueres made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Everett Gerber sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Cienfuegos in the 74th minute of play forced S.D NARCEA's goalkeeper Germán Figueres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by S.D NARCEA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leonards Štucers was slow to take the kick. During this time Melandru de Cenero's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Melandru de Cenero's Fabio Cienfuegos to fire away a dangerous shot which Germán Figueres despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 78 minutes, Xicu Prieto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Melandru de Cenero and the S.D NARCEA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Xicu Prieto hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everett Gerber in the 81st minute of play forced S.D NARCEA's goalkeeper Germán Figueres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. S.D NARCEA's Calisto Zaplana got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, S.D NARCEA's goalkeeper Germán Figueres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Everett Gerber. Everett Gerber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrea Perez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calisto Zaplana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Germán Figueres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everett Gerber in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The S.D NARCEA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Melandru de Cenero had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
