Antoni Paris could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Andrea Perez made a huge save. 38 minutes into the match, Cometuétano's goal looked a bit too open when Xurdin Pena came free, but Miks Lecis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miks Lecis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everett Gerber in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute Xurdin Pena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miks Lecis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Argenis Coira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute of the match, Argenis Coira tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Andrea Perez saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Argenis Coira was the one to do the kick off. Cometuétano's Miks Lecis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Urtzi in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Argenis Coira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andrea Perez. Melandru de Cenero's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Argenis Coira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The supporters of Cometuétano booed when Melandru de Cenero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norbert Dömötör didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute of the match Cometuétano got a corner. Melandru de Cenero's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antoni Paris ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Antoni Paris almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Melandru de Cenero's Andrea Perez did a great save. Cometuétano's attentive Cayo March managed to snatch the ball when Leonards Štucers made a throw-in in the 72nd minute of the game. Andrea Perez came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Cometuétano's Argenis Coira. But to his dismay, Argenis Coira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everett Gerber in the 76th minute of play forced Cometuétano's goalkeeper Miks Lecis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabio Cienfuegos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miks Lecis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Xicu Prieto kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Miks Lecis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xurdin Pena in the 81st minute. 83 minutes into the match, Melandru de Cenero's goal looked a bit too open when Argenis Coira came free, but Andrea Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Cometuétano's goalkeeper Miks Lecis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joachim Incera. In the 90th minute Melandru de Cenero were awarded a corner. Leonards Štucers went to the cornerflag to take it. Xurdin Pena could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Miks Lecis made a huge save. Melandru de Cenero's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
