The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jean Van Damme showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 88 minutes into the game, Emiliano Nardo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Vasco Goycochea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91st minute Gustavo Birila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasco Goycochea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mai Bin Kuan in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jean Van Damme prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
