The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eustaquio Javiar was a little too slow when Veto Steller got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. Baraja Española FC's Eustaquio Javiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Veto Steller in the 12th minute of play. If Luís Fernando Brasil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of La Pachorra LSF booed when Baraja Española FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. 龙杰国 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eustaquio Javiar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Veto Steller's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Eriberto Erlantz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Artaldo in the 32nd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Baltasar Artaldo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of La Pachorra LSF's Eriberto Erlantz. Eriberto Erlantz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Baltasar Artaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baraja Española FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Baltasar Artaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eriberto Erlantz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eriberto Erlantz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Artaldo in the 43rd minute of play. Baraja Española FC's Baltasar Artaldo got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Veto Steller managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Pachorra LSF's supporters rose to their feet, but Veto Steller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eustaquio Javiar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Veto Steller to make the kick off. Veto Steller took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eustaquio Javiar. Eustaquio Javiar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After some careless play in the Baraja Española FC defense, Veto Steller kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eustaquio Javiar. The Baraja Española FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eustaquio Javiar should have stopped the shot. When Ovidio Benavides fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Baraja Española FC's protests and gave Ovidio Benavides a yellow card for diving instead. After 59 played minutes Baraja Española FC got a freekick which was hit by Ovidio Benavides. Eustaquio Javiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Veto Steller, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 68th minute, Mauro Laspada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baraja Española FC's Conrado Xabat was substituted for Mauricio Galtero. In the 72nd minute Benedicto Paredes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Javiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Pachorra LSF's Veto Steller quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jeremias Lopez, made in the 83rd minute of the game. Eustaquio Javiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Fernando Brasil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute La Pachorra LSF were awarded a corner. Desiderio Dominix went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, Baraja Española FC's Conrado Xabat got a free kick in the 89th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. La Pachorra LSF had won after a very even match.
