In the 24th minute, Bernabe Rojas made a precise shot to the right of Ask Stamnes. Boulogne F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. 27 minutes into the match, 0 descensos's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Martins came free, but Adolfo Adrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A well-hit corner resulted in Melquiades Galtero heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 47th minute Mauricio Tano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Adrio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
The wind increased when Bernabe Rojas made the kick off in the second half. Adolfo Adrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Trentini in the 52nd minute of play. Boulogne F.C.'s Ask Stamnes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernabe Rojas in the 58th minute of play. Ask Stamnes came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by 0 descensos's Bernabe Rojas. But to his dismay, Bernabe Rojas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernabe Rojas in the 64th minute of play forced Boulogne F.C.'s goalkeeper Ask Stamnes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Bernabe Rojas managed to get in a good position for a shot. 0 descensos's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernabe Rojas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ask Stamnes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Martins in the 69th minute of play forced 0 descensos's goalkeeper Adolfo Adrio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boulogne F.C. were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after 0 descensos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mauricio Tano took the corner. It was a well-played corner which MĂĽmtazer Kutlan managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 73rd minute, Bernabe Rojas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adolfo Adrio made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Mauricio Tano sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernabe Rojas in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ask Stamnes saved Boulogne F.C. from getting behind. 90 minutes into the game, one of Boulogne F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave 0 descensos a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lucas-James Joshua, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Boulogne F.C.'s Ask Stamnes. 6-1. In the 95th minute, Bernabe Rojas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ask Stamnes was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The 0 descensos fans cheered their team off the field, for while Boulogne F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
