Washinkai Warriors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Steffen Michalsky was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Washinkai Warriors's goalkeeper Richie Postolan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Saltuk Askeroğlu. Richie Postolan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saltuk Askeroğlu in the 12th minute of the match. Calvin Clark kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Niculae Ungureanu came free with the goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Richie Postolan could save by the left post. Niculae Ungureanu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Richie Postolan firmly grabbed it by the left post. 27 minutes into the match, Washinkai Warriors's goalkeeper Richie Postolan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niculae Ungureanu. Richie Postolan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saltuk Askeroğlu in the 28th minute of the match. With a little luck, Washinkai Warriors's Richie Postolan got control of the ball when Niculae Ungureanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Niculae Ungureanu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Richie Postolan. Niculae Ungureanu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Niculae Ungureanus short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Richie Postolan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Saltuk Askeroğlu took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Richie Postolan. Richie Postolan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 39th minute Saltuk Askeroğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richie Postolan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Saltuk Askeroğlu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Richie Postolan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saltuk Askeroğlu in the 43rd minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saltuk Askeroğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Richie Postolan came out of the goal and Saltuk Askeroğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benji Hanson charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benji Hanson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. booed when Washinkai Warriors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benji Hanson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saltuk Askeroğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Richie Postolan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niculae Ungureanu in the 54th minute of play forced Washinkai Warriors's goalkeeper Richie Postolan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benji Hanson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andriy Lunin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. After a rather tough play, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Siegfried Danielzick got a free kick in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saltuk Askeroğlu in the 64th minute of play forced Washinkai Warriors's goalkeeper Richie Postolan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henning Fink struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Richie Postolan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joe Kendall during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Washinkai Warriors's Marcin Cebula got a free kick in the 79th minute. 87 minutes into the game, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Saltuk Askeroğlu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Richie Postolan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Merlin Röhl was substituted for Kevin Schade. Nico Schlotter might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Richie Postolan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Saltuk Askeroğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Washinkai Warriors booed when SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nico Schlotter didn't get a good kick on the ball.
