With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peter Linkhorst in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leandro Gombal saved CAFC1905 from getting behind. Patrick Armstrong made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Albert Fitzgerald sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 38 minutes, Albert Fitzgerald managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CAFC1905's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albert Fitzgerald was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
