When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Werner Colvin made a kick off. The supporters of River CBBA booed when Chuquisaca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fraco Abel didn't get a good kick on the ball.
