At last the ball reached Thierry Henry at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Kalatakaya F.C.. 0-2. Thierry Henry charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. With a little luck, GuateFortín's Nery Pumpido got control of the ball when Benito Lluterio tried to sneak it across the goal line. The GuateFortín fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Zico Zellier kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Recep Guftar to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Tonete Abaurre came free, but Nery Pumpido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nery Pumpido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Lluterio in the 53rd minute of play. In the 57th minute, Benito Lluterio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nery Pumpido was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. 60 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Recep Guftar came free, but Nery Pumpido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 95 played minutes GuateFortín got a freekick which was hit by Zico Zellier. Chants of GuateFortín echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Kalatakaya F.C. had held the ball for most of the match.
