Oscar Frascuelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Chavez in the 5th minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Octavia's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Chavez came free, but Oscar Frascuelo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th match minute, Octavia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tales Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. Octavia's Oscar Frascuelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Chavez in the 24th minute of play. Oscar Frascuelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom-Lukas Queraria in the 25th minute of play. But to his dismay, Tom-Lukas Queraria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Tom-Lukas Queraria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flamengo de San Blás's supporters rose to their feet, but Tom-Lukas Queraria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oscar Frascuelo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 46 played minutes Octavia got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Cordairo. Tom-Lukas Queraria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Frascuelo having to interfere. After the first half Flamengo de San Blás were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mihai Gherase was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Octavia's Mihai Gherase got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 63rd minute Iordanis Anastasiadis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Castillero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Chavez scored 0-2 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oscar Frascuelo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 77 minutes into the match, Octavia's goalkeeper Oscar Frascuelo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Cedeño. Luis Castillero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nesor Abadie in the 78th minute of the match. A collision led to Flamengo de San Blás getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Rolando Henriguez hit a great ball. Luis Castillero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iordanis Anastasiadis in the 85th minute of play. Luis Castillero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nesor Abadie in the 92nd minute of the match.
