Vali Romoşan charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vali Romoşan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th minute Jair Reinoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Barovero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Recep Guftar in the 14th minute of play forced River CBBA's goalkeeper Marcelo Barovero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14thth minute of the game Recep Guftar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but River CBBA's Marcelo Barovero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Argoitz Abeijon took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Luis Galarza to make any attempt to save it. 21 minutes into the match, Kalatakaya F.C.'s goalkeeper Luis Galarza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juan Funes. Marcelo Barovero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Chumacero in the 22nd minute of play. In the 26th minute Tonete Abaurre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Barovero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luis Galarza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Funes in the 27th minute. Luis Galarza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Batista in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Recep Guftar in the 31st minute of play forced River CBBA's goalkeeper Marcelo Barovero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kalatakaya F.C. were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after River CBBA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alejandro Chumacero took the corner. Kalatakaya F.C.'s Recep Guftar was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcelo Barovero in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The crowd rose to their feet as Argoitz Abeijon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luis Galarza. That made the score 2-0 in the 40 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Recep Guftar in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelo Barovero saved River CBBA from getting behind. Luis Galarza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Argoitz Abeijon, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Marcelo Barovero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tonete Abaurre in the 53rd minute. Recep Guftar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Marcelo Barovero made a huge save. Kalatakaya F.C.'s Luis Galarza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Funes in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Argoitz Abeijon in the 63rd minute of play forced Kalatakaya F.C.'s goalkeeper Luis Galarza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tonete Abaurre in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelo Barovero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Recep Guftar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kalatakaya F.C. made a substitution. Aaron Gauargi replaced Salomón Enríquez. River CBBA made a substitution. Varis Birgelis replaced Hector Enrique. River CBBA made a substitution. Modesto Ado replaced Matías Almeida. Marcelo Barovero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Lluterio, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Marcelo Barovero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tonete Abaurre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kalatakaya F.C.'s Vali Romoşan got his second yellow card of the match in the 76th minute. The referee ordered Vali Romoşan off the ground. In the 79th minute of the game Andrea Giorda made a throw-in which Mateo Kovačić played forward. In the 83rd minute, Mateo Kovačić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute, Ponciano Abarca made a precise shot to the right of Luis Galarza. Kalatakaya F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Deng Xing Sang's late challenge caught a Kalatakaya F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Deng Xing Sang helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, River CBBA's Deng Xing Sang got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 96th minute of the match Alejandro Chumacero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcelo Barovero showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kalatakaya F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for River CBBA.
