ORION F.C.'s Dadhyan Rudrappa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tom-Lukas Queraria in the 3rd minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Ahmet Fikret Şenel in the 5th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Flamengo de San Blás's Rolando Henriguez. In the 5thth minute of the game Tom-Lukas Queraria who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ORION F.C.'s Dadhyan Rudrappa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toto Pinilla in the 8th minute of play forced Flamengo de San Blás's goalkeeper Luis Castillero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A throw-in in the 14th minute of the game was made by Enrique Carrillo with Tom-Lukas Queraria as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Toto Pinilla hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, Flamengo de San Blás's goal looked a bit too open when Toto Pinilla came free, but Luis Castillero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Castillero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Villalaz in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Villalaz in the 45th minute of play forced Flamengo de San Blás's goalkeeper Luis Castillero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Dadhyan Rudrappa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Dadhyan Rudrappa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tom-Lukas Queraria, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Gabriel Chavez made the kick off in the second half. Toto Pinilla might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luis Castillero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Toto Pinilla ran back to his position shaking his head. Dadhyan Rudrappa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom-Lukas Queraria in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, ORION F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tom-Lukas Queraria came free, but Dadhyan Rudrappa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Flamengo de San Blás's Gabriel Chavez in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. ORION F.C.'s Mikail Savgat was substituted for Toto Pinilla. Flamengo de San Blás made a substitution. Wiliam Lozano replaced Tom-Lukas Queraria. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by ORION F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Felipe Cedeño was slow to take the kick. During this time Flamengo de San Blás's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Flamengo de San Blás's corner Gabriel Chavez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dadhyan Rudrappa quite easily take care of the ball. Mikail Savgat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Luis Castillero made a huge save. After 87 played minutes Flamengo de San Blás got a freekick which was hit by Luís Guilherme Vides. In the 88th minute, Pedro Villalaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd match minute, ORION F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Orozco to maneuver through the defense. When Felipe Cedeño came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Flamengo de San Blás fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipe Cedeño couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute, Pedro Villalaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
