When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Argoitz Abeijon made a kick off. After some careless play in the Real Juniors defense, Juan Funes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alisson Becker. The Real Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alisson Becker should have stopped the shot. Marcelo Barovero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Efe Suheyl in the 63rd minute of the match. The River CBBA players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
