The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gliwicka Torcida's goalkeeper Claudinho Taffarel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Qiu Wei Yan fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ema City's protests and gave Qiu Wei Yan a yellow card for diving instead. Gliwicka Torcida made a substitution. Mateusz Grajewski replaced Quique Moreno. After 5 played minutes Ema City got a freekick which was hit by Qiu Wei Yan. In the 8th minute José Carneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinho Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Gliwicka Torcida's goal looked a bit too open when José Carneiro came free, but Claudinho Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudinho Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Carneiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Bator in the 14th minute of play forced Ema City's goalkeeper Bartosz Trzenzalski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th match minute, Gliwicka Torcida was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateusz Grajewski to maneuver through the defense. Claudinho Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Carneiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Gliwicka Torcida booed when Ema City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Corvin Maier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bartosz Trzenzalski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Bator in the 39th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Karol Chrobak in the 41st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Ema City's Witold Rybak. If Ingvar Danielsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Ema City players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gliwicka Torcida were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabian Bator to strike the kick off in the second half. Claudinho Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Carneiro in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Karol Chrobak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Gliwicka Torcida defense, José Carneiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claudinho Taffarel. The Gliwicka Torcida fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claudinho Taffarel should have stopped the shot. José Carneiro took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudinho Taffarel. Claudinho Taffarel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. If José Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Claudinho Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Carneiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. When Gliwicka Torcida's Fabian Bator in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ema City's goalie prevented a goal. 75 minutes into the game, Grzegorz Wielowiejski threw the ball into play from the sideline. Ema City's Qiu Wei Yan quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ema City's Bartosz Trzenzalski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateusz Grajewski in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute José Carneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinho Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 81 played minutes Gliwicka Torcida got a freekick which was hit by Karol Chrobak. After 84 minutes Gliwicka Torcida's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Selçuk Özgebay who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Ema City's Selçuk Özgebay to fire away a dangerous shot which Claudinho Taffarel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 88 minutes into the game, Karol Chrobak threw the ball into play from the sideline. Ema City's Witold Rybak quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 95th minute Gliwicka Torcida were awarded a corner. 肖树鸿 went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that 肖树鸿 got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bartosz Trzenzalski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ema City were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Gliwicka Torcida for a fine match.
