Percy Prestes made a great header on Barcellos Mineiro FC's corner, it was just that C.A.M.P's Alejandro Santxol managed to reach the ball for a save. Waka Barcellos charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Waka Barcellos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Barcellos Mineiro FC booed when C.A.M.P was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Dalmau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gil Coelho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornelio Garcia in the 84th minute of play. Gil Coelho came out of the goal and Cornelio Garcia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodoro Neto made in the 93rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by C.A.M.P's Eloy Ireno.

The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The C.A.M.P fans cheered their team off the field, for while Barcellos Mineiro FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
