The supporters of Bad Company booed when Stiinta-Univ. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcel Bărcăuan didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Stiinta-Univ.'s Silviu Lung got control of the ball when Tolek Hryc tried to sneak it across the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Ludomir Hejza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Burdujan, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Ludomir Hejza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidiu Borza, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After some careless play in the Bad Company defense, Manuel Burdujan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ludomir Hejza. The Bad Company fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ludomir Hejza should have stopped the shot. Manuel Burdujan scored 1-3 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ludomir Hejza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Stiinta-Univ. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Stiinta-Univ. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
