The tension between the Legio X Eqvestris and the Le Stade Briochin UC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Legio X Eqvestris's Hernan Velasco got a free kick in the 15th minute. Guido Luar came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Le Stade Briochin UC's Baptiste Demestre. But to his dismay, Baptiste Demestre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 26th minute, Guido Haritz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Legio X Eqvestris's Guido Luar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Machado in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute of the match Le Stade Briochin UC got a corner. Legio X Eqvestris's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fabien Kac ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Fabien Kac almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Legio X Eqvestris's Guido Luar did a great save. If Edgard Michael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guido Luar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabien Kac, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute, Gaël Pillot ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guido Luar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Legio X Eqvestris's Guido Luar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Cymbal in the 43rd minute of play. Guido Luar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Machado in the 45th minute of the match. Baptiste Demestre took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guido Luar. Guido Luar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guido Haritz was the one to do the kick off. Guido Luar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabien Kac, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Le Stade Briochin UC's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Haritz came free, but Joost De Groot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabien Kac in the 55th minute of play forced Legio X Eqvestris's goalkeeper Guido Luar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th match minute, Legio X Eqvestris was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Estevon to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Legio X Eqvestris's Guido Luar got control of the ball when Baptiste Demestre tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eduardo Machado kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Le Stade Briochin UC's Octave Revel was substituted for Richard Le Clanche. After 70 played minutes Guido Haritz shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Le Stade Briochin UC's Joost De Groot to catch but Guido Haritz was lucky. It became 1-3 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Matias Obeko hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Baptiste Demestre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Guido Luar made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Guido Luar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Legio X Eqvestris's Gustavo Luzaide got a free kick in the 84th minute. Gustavo Luzaide fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joost De Groot having to interfere. 89 minutes into the game, Ferdinand Brin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Le Stade Briochin UC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Legio X Eqvestris the free kick. Le Stade Briochin UC:s Joost De Groot showed great skill when he stopped Gustavo Luzaide:s penalty. In the 92nd minute Tony Amadieu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guido Luar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Le Stade Briochin UC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. 98 minutes into the match, Legio X Eqvestris's goal looked a bit too open when Baptiste Demestre came free, but Guido Luar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Le Stade Briochin UC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
