Ruperto Raulo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chivu Quintana's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. After 20 minutes of play, Remedios SC's Moisés Lima made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruperto Raulo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Moisés Lima hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaime Iratzeder in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jean dos Santos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee ignored Remedios SC's protests and gave Afonsinho Brodel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 34th match minute, Remedios SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonsinho Brodel to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Remedios SC booed when Margarita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Nisio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jaime Iratzeder was the one to do the kick off. Remedios SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Augusto Sena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Margarita defense, Moisés Lima kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ruperto Raulo. The Margarita fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ruperto Raulo should have stopped the shot. 79 minutes into the match, Moisés Lima notched a goal, 6-2, to the right of Margarita's Ruperto Raulo. Ruperto Raulo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Margarita booed when Remedios SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chivu Quintana didn't get a good kick on the ball.
