C.'s goalkeeper 毛平银, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Terceirense F.C.'s Pedro Mantorras sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 毛平银 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pedro Mantorras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. C.'s 毛平银 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Mantorras in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Mantorras in the 37th minute of play forced Las Momias F. C.'s goalkeeper 毛平银 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Las Momias F. C.'s Haroldo Lleir got a free kick in the 37th minute. Robert Enke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erasmo James in the 39th minute of the match. Terceirense F.C.'s Nicolas Lousada got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 46 minutes, Baldomiro Gorri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Las Momias F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomiro Gorri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pedro Mantorras to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Nesto in the 53rd minute of play forced Terceirense F.C.'s goalkeeper Robert Enke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Luis charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucas Luis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Terceirense F.C.'s Lucas Luis got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 66th minute, Gregório Moutinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Terceirense F.C.'s Avelino Padilha was substituted for Lucas Luis. The audience thought a goal was coming when Avelino Padilha got free with 毛平银 in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Robert Enke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo James in the 73rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Las Momias F. C.'s zone, Gregório Moutinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 毛平银 came out of the goal and Gregório Moutinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baltasar Saraiva during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Terceirense F.C. getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Baltasar Saraiva hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Las Momias F. C.'s Erasmo James got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Robert Enke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erasmo James in the 85th minute of the match. Gregório Moutinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute, Terceirense F.C.'s Gregório Moutinho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind 毛平银. 毛平银 yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. Although Las Momias F. C. had been in control for most of the match, Terceirense F.C. still came away with the win.
