The audience thought a goal was coming when Chivu Quintana got free with 毛平银 in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, Remedios SC's 毛平银 threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zé Augusto Sena, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Moisés Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute Baldomiro Gorri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean dos Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jean dos Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Nesto in the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to Remedios SC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Horácio Galvão hit a great ball. Las Momias F. C.'s 毛平银 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chivu Quintana in the 32nd minute of play. Jean dos Santos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patricio Nesto's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Jean dos Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo James, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Remedios SC's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Nesto came free, but Jean dos Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Haroldo Lleir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Nesto couldn't finish the play. Haroldo Lleir took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jean dos Santos. Jean dos Santos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 82nd match minute, Remedios SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chivu Quintana to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute Moisés Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 毛平银 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute Chivu Quintana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 毛平银 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute of the match Afonsinho Brodel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 毛平银 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Zé Augusto Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 毛平银 having to interfere. Las Momias F. C. were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Remedios SC to leave the ground with a draw.
