Batista Maige showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eladio Ulloa, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. José Luis Chilavert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yerko Gold in the 15th minute of play. In the 21st minute of the match, Şensoy Atlıhan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but José Luis Chilavert saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 24th match minute, SICARIOS Fútbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niceto Von Roques to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute Eulalio Callejas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Batista Maige saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eladio Ulloa in the 31st minute of play forced SICARIOS Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Batista Maige to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Ballet Azul's goal looked a bit too open when Yerko Gold came free, but José Luis Chilavert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eulalio Callejas might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Batista Maige. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eulalio Callejas ran back to his position shaking his head. SICARIOS Fútbol Club's Batista Maige played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Callejas in the 38th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ballet Azul's zone, Teddi Duro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Luis Chilavert came out of the goal and Teddi Duro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 46 minutes into the game, Yerko Gold recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of José Luis Chilavert. Yerko Gold showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yerko Gold made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yerko Gold in the 55th minute of play forced Ballet Azul's goalkeeper José Luis Chilavert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ballet Azul's José Luis Chilavert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şensoy Atlıhan in the 58th minute of play. José Luis Chilavert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şensoy Atlıhan in the 60th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, SICARIOS Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Batista Maige had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eladio Ulloa. 65 minutes into the match, Ballet Azul's goal looked a bit too open when Şensoy Atlıhan came free, but José Luis Chilavert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eladio Ulloas short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Batista Maige to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. SICARIOS Fútbol Club's Batista Maige played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eladio Ulloa in the 69th minute of play. Teddi Duro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ballet Azul made a substitution. Odín Enríquez replaced Eulalio Callejas. Ballet Azul's René Puente was substituted for Santiago Cardenas. In the 78th minute, Ballet Azul's Odín Enríquez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Odín Enríquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Batista Maige having to interfere. José Luis Chilavert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teddi Duro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when René Puente got free with Batista Maige in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Batista Maige showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Odín Enríquez in the 96th minute of the match. SICARIOS Fútbol Club were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
