After a rather tough play, Nibiru X's Tobías Aliaga got a free kick in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edinson Rodríguez in the 5th minute of play forced Nibiru X's goalkeeper Darío Friederichs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th match minute, Nibiru X was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobías Aliaga to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, Cai Jian Chang notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Nibiru X's Darío Friederichs. Darío Friederichs was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Clark Kent showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidro De Gavardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Darío Friederichs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edinson Rodríguez in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Nibiru X's goal looked a bit too open when Edinson Rodríguez came free, but Darío Friederichs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Isidro De Gavardo made a precise shot to the right of Clark Kent. Zorros del Desierto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Dario Osorio kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Nibiru X's goal looked a bit too open when Edinson Rodríguez came free, but Darío Friederichs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Isidro De Gavardo came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Nibiru X fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidro De Gavardo couldn't finish the play. 42 minutes into the match, Zorros del Desierto's goal looked a bit too open when Isidro De Gavardo came free, but Clark Kent reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Nibiru X's goal looked a bit too open when Edinson Rodríguez came free, but Darío Friederichs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edinson Rodríguez to make the kick off. Clark Kent made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro De Gavardo in the 51st minute of play. In the 67th minute, Edinson Rodríguez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Darío Friederichs was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Nibiru X's Diego Armando Faine was substituted for Jose Rojas. Nibiru X made a substitution. Román Grebe replaced Isidro De Gavardo. Clark Kent made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Armando Faine in the 73rd minute of play. Clark Kent showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Armando Faine in the 74th minute of the match. Darío Friederichs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Vrânceanu in the 78th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Zorros del Desierto's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Armando Faine came free, but Clark Kent reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clark Kent showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Caviedes in the 81st minute of the match. If Edinson Rodríguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 84 minutes into the match, Diego Armando Faine had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clark Kent. Zorros del Desierto's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diego Armando Faine was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Edinson Rodríguez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Darío Friederichs. That made the score 2-3 in the 89 minute of play. In the 92ndth minute of the game Fabio Caviedes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zorros del Desierto's Clark Kent was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute Fabio Caviedes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clark Kent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Zorros del Desierto players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
