Sylwester Szarmach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bohuš Kadleček having to interfere. Bohuš Kadleček made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barnaba Zukowski in the 32nd minute of play. Sylwester Szarmach took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bohuš Kadleček. Bohuš Kadleček dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Barnaba Zukowski hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Zachariasz Rakiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Idacio in the 40th minute of play. Gaston Koldo kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After having played for 44 minutes, Grzegorz Niemojewski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wataha Świętokrzyska's supporters crossed their fingers, but Grzegorz Niemojewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bohuš Kadleček made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3.
