An unexpectedly hard shot by Léon Cailleaux in the 4th minute of play forced FC Saxon's goalkeeper Solustiano Partarroyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Solustiano Partarroyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Léon Cailleaux in the 9th minute of the match. Roncourt were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after FC Saxon's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Thierry Lhermite took the corner. The corner led to Roncourt's Octave Debarre getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. If Léon Cailleaux had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Roncourt's Léon Cailleaux in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Brian Fumey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radowit Bycofski, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 23 minutes into the match, FC Saxon's goalkeeper Solustiano Partarroyo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Igor Keller. Solustiano Partarroyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Léon Cailleaux in the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th match minute, FC Saxon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugon Smolarek to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes into the match, FC Saxon's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Keller came free, but Solustiano Partarroyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Milosz Marciewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th minute Thierry Lhermite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Solustiano Partarroyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to FC Saxon getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Hugon Smolarek hit a great ball. When Léon Cailleaux came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Roncourt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Léon Cailleaux couldn't finish the play. FC Saxon's Walery Dembkowski was substituted for Jan Nowacki. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Igor Keller stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute Milosz Flis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Fumey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean-Marc Kazmierczak in the 84th minute of play forced FC Saxon's goalkeeper Solustiano Partarroyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milosz Milko succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 96th playminute.
