Marc-André Grifoll showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tauras Wijnaldum, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 17th minute Ronaldinho Gaucho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daugirdas Burokas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daugirdas Burokas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldinho Gaucho in the 17th minute of the match. When La Mora CAT's Du Jian Chen in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Coutinho in the 28th minute of play forced FC Alytus United's goalkeeper Daugirdas Burokas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marc-André Grifoll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tauras Wijnaldum in the 31st minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, FC Alytus United's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldinho Gaucho came free, but Daugirdas Burokas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the FC Alytus United defense, Severino Coutinho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daugirdas Burokas. The FC Alytus United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daugirdas Burokas should have stopped the shot. The FC Alytus United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. La Mora CAT were winning 0-2.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Lauras Normantas in the 52nd minute of play forced La Mora CAT's goalkeeper Marc-André Grifoll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Regimantas Šileikis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Mora CAT's Jose Policarpio was substituted for Ronaldinho Gaucho. The referee felt a red card was in order, 82 minutes into the game, when Vilmer Röd put in a rough tackle. The goalkeeper, Daugirdas Burokas, was totally fooled by La Mora CAT's Ediz Bey, who 83 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Daugirdas Burokas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Bergdal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Sebastian Bergdal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daugirdas Burokas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. The FC Alytus United supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching La Mora CAT's performance. The match ended with a win for La Mora CAT.
