After 5 minutes, Geovânio Rosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the S.E YAGOSHOW and the COMCHOPP players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th minute, Geovânio Rosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Paulo Leme took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kiko Mattos. Kiko Mattos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 26th match minute, S.E YAGOSHOW was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Gaspar to maneuver through the defense. Guilherme Bittencourt struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Kiko Mattos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for COMCHOPP. After 32 played minutes S.E YAGOSHOW got a freekick which was hit by Fellipe Furtado. Luís Paulo Leme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kiko Mattos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Paulo Leme in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Válter Schmidt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kléber Vander kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luís Paulo Leme to strike the kick off in the second half. Fellipe Furtado charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fellipe Furtado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Luís Paulo Leme came free with the goalkeeper in the 56th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kiko Mattos could save by the left post. The long shot by Válter Schmidt in the 57th minute really tested Kiko Mattos's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The supporters of COMCHOPP booed when S.E YAGOSHOW was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edu Reis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute, Pedro Luís Paes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lúcio Paiva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Kiko Mattos made a huge save. 77 minutes into the match, S.E YAGOSHOW's goalkeeper Kiko Mattos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Paulo Leme. Kiko Mattos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Paulo Leme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched COMCHOPP eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
