Tiaguinho Faria scored 1-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven Palmquist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Tiaguinho Faria shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 42nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Sven Palmquist but with some difficulty. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Roland Bäcklin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF had won after a very even match.
