The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, ITAFUT 4EVER's Léo Velasco seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Léo Velasco the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ITAFUT 4EVER protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Léo Velasco had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 4th minute, one of ITAFUT 4EVER:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ITAFUT 4EVER. ITAFUT 4EVER:s Ernesto Varela showed great skill when he stopped Kim Enström:s penalty. Rômulo Neves hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After 15 played minutes ITAFUT 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Rômulo Neves. In the 19th minute, Paul Broberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Scrotum Kickers FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Rômulo Neves hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. When Dag Bollström fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Scrotum Kickers FC's protests and gave Dag Bollström a yellow card for diving instead. After 82 played minutes Scrotum Kickers FC got a freekick which was hit by Rune Tönnberg. Scrotum Kickers FC's Sven Palmquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Estevez Palmeira in the 86th minute of play. After 90 played minutes ITAFUT 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Sebastião Diniz. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Scrotum Kickers FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
