The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonel Varela stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Almir de Sena helped the player get up and apologised. Montevideo's Wincent Jaworski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diguinho Monteiro in the 80th minute of play. Patrick Campidelis made in the 94th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Montevideo's Mathias dos Santos. With a little luck, Montevideo's Wincent Jaworski got control of the ball when Leonel Varela tried to sneak it across the goal line. Montevideo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Catugi FC for a fine match.
