Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Paulo de Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Drab in the 6th minute of play. In the 9th minute, one of AKS Kozienice:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AKS Kozienice. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by AKS Kozienice's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cássio Pimenta was slow to take the kick. During this time Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's players had a chance to rest. Lucjan Burufski scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulo de Mendonça, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Júlio Negri kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Ke Chang Lin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfred Drab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo de Mendonça having to interfere. Paulo de Mendonça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Burufski in the 23rd minute of play. AKS Kozienice were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lucjan Burufski took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Lucjan Burufski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Paulo de Mendonça quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Nicolas França received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Szczepan Jazowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo de Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucjan Burufski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 minutes, Thomás do Valle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rio Verde F.C CIMZ and the AKS Kozienice players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Thomás do Valle got a free kick in the 31st minute. Zeca Garcia lost his temper 43 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 0-2 came in the 46th minute when Lucjan Burufski all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Paulo de Mendonça.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfred Drab got free with Paulo de Mendonça in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 54th minute Lucjan Burufski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo de Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AKS Kozienice were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lucjan Burufski took the corner. With a little luck, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Paulo de Mendonça got control of the ball when Alfred Drab tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 70 played minutes Rio Verde F.C CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Cleiton Cosme. After 72 minutes, Cleiton Cosme mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rio Verde F.C CIMZ and the AKS Kozienice players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Rio Verde F.C CIMZ getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Cleiton Cosme hit a great ball. In the 74th minute, Júlio Negri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Lucjan Burufski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AKS Kozienice fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. AKS Kozienice's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
