In the 17th minute, Natanael Fernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valdir Paes was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 17th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Emerson Leão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias dos Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Wincent Jaworski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano de Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ booed when Montevideo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laerte Paraíba didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Mathias dos Santos notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Emerson Leão. Emerson Leão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wincent Jaworski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano de Brito in the 30th minute of play. Adriano de Brito received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wincent Jaworski came out and tried to block the shot, but Adriano de Brito slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 34th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Teofil Zjawin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wincent Jaworski. That made the score 2-1 in the 41 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adriano de Brito got free with Wincent Jaworski in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Germán Cano to make the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Adriano de Brito made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wincent Jaworski was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 57th minute, Germán Cano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 63rd minute CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ were awarded a corner. Valdir Paes went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Valdir Paes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Montevideo's Wincent Jaworski did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano de Brito in the 65th minute of play forced Montevideo's goalkeeper Wincent Jaworski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adriano de Brito scored 5-1 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wincent Jaworski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Wincent Jaworski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano de Brito in the 78th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Adriano de Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincent Jaworski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
