The referee ignored Catugi FC's protests and gave Claudinei Carioca a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Catugi FC's Claudinei Carioca got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 41 minutes of play, Catugi FC's Arthur Soeiro made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Diogo Velloso was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Vágner Valadares in the 45th minute of play forced Catugi FC's goalkeeper Sven-Edvin Skräddare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nando de Alcântara to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Chelsicha's Frederico de Mendonça ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sven-Edvin Skräddare. Sven-Edvin Skräddare yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. 55 minutes into the match, Nando de Alcântara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Diogo Velloso. Chelsicha's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nando de Alcântara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. A collision led to Catugi FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Artur Nunes hit a great ball. Sven-Edvin Skräddare made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Vágner Valadares sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frederico de Mendonça in the 64th minute of play forced Catugi FC's goalkeeper Sven-Edvin Skräddare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vágner Valadares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Sven-Edvin Skräddare made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nando de Alcântara in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diogo Velloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
