Dario Berenguer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Precioso Amundarain during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Siro Molinuevo came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Punta Carretas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Siro Molinuevo couldn't finish the play. In the 78th match minute, Punta Carretas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zigor Cuellar to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute Marcelo Gaitan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelito Cirion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
