In the 5thth minute of the game Herman Svensson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bourniαs's Iakovos Tselekidis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sven-Edvin Soned made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Makis Kaklamanis sent off a good shot on target. Manos Kapsimalis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sven-Edvin Soned read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. If Anders Bäcklin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The goalkeeper, Iakovos Tselekidis, was totally fooled by Loftahammar's Andy Odman, who 66 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Iakovos Tselekidis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herman Svensson's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Loftahammar's Herman Svensson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iakovos Tselekidis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. 79 minutes into the game, Olov Askelöf was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
