In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Loftahammar's goalkeeper Sven-Edvin Soned, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Americo Quintun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Sven-Edvin Soned tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Anders Bäcklin notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Lomitas FC's Dario Berenguer. Dario Berenguer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dario Berenguer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herman Svensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The attack was good, but when Herman Svensson in the 33rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 34 minutes into the match, Herman Svensson notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Lomitas FC's Dario Berenguer. Dario Berenguer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sven-Edvin Soned showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Gaitan in the 42nd minute of the match. If Anders Bäcklin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Lomitas FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Loftahammar were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelo Gaitan to strike the kick off in the second half. Herman Svensson might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dario Berenguer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Herman Svensson ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Loftahammar getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Olov Askelöf hit a great ball. Dario Berenguer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Herman Svensson went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Dario Berenguer had great luck who in the 66thth minute grab hold of the ball when Herman Svensson from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Americo Quintun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lomitas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Americo Quintun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven-Edvin Soned breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Loftahammar booed when Lomitas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saul Gonsalve didn't get a good kick on the ball.
