Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Urundel's Ramiro Ekialde started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ramiro Ekialde scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcelito Cirion, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Gabriel Sein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Siro Molinuevo might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mariano Eguerdi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Siro Molinuevo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 15th match minute, Punta Carretas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ugutz Urbina to maneuver through the defense. Osvaldo Solustiano, 16 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Punta Carretas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ramiro Ekialde came free, but Marcelito Cirion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelito Cirion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Sein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 24 minutes, Roque Fraco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Urundel and the Punta Carretas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gabriel Sein hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Siro Molinuevo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Eguerdi having to interfere. Urundel's Mariano Eguerdi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Molinuevo in the 32nd minute of play. Marcelito Cirion didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gabriel Sein went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Marcelito Cirion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Ekialde in the 44th minute of play. After the first half Urundel were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Siro Molinuevo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Urundel's zone, Siro Molinuevo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Eguerdi came out of the goal and Siro Molinuevo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th play minute Gabriel Sein came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Marcelito Cirion. 0-3. In the 63rd minute Siro Molinuevo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Eguerdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Sein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Marcelito Cirion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Roque Fraco was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 71 minutes had been played. Amadeo Olazabal kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Zigor Cuellar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 79 minutes into the match, Gabriel Sein notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Punta Carretas FC's Marcelito Cirion. Marcelito Cirion was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 85 minutes into the game, Punta Carretas FC's Siro Molinuevo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mariano Eguerdi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. In the 90th minute, Alonzo Ralondo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gabriel Sein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelito Cirion having to interfere. The Urundel players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
