In the 3rd minute, Haikal Reza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Doyok Syafruddin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Green Force's supporters rose to their feet, but Doyok Syafruddin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haryanto Putiray breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andi Ie hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Eko Kunaefi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Green Force's supporters rose to their feet, but Eko Kunaefi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haryanto Putiray breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Doyok Syafruddin sped through Tarakan's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Haryanto Putiray. Yesayas Papara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andi Ie, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute, Paijo Sembiring got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paijo Sembiring in the 16th minute of play forced Green Force's goalkeeper Yesayas Papara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Green Force's goal looked a bit too open when Andi Ie came free, but Yesayas Papara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fadhly Sembiring kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Yesayas Papara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fery Akmal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 minutes of play, Tarakan's Paijo Sembiring made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yesayas Papara was left in no man's land by his defense there! 32 minutes into the game, Doyok Syafruddin lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Haryanto Putiray. A collision led to Tarakan getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Ferry Ginting hit a great ball. After 37 minutes of play, Tarakan's Paijo Sembiring made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yesayas Papara was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yesayas Papara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paijo Sembiring in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Andi Ie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tarakan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. In the 46thth minute of the game Doyok Syafruddin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tarakan's Haryanto Putiray was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paijo Sembiring was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Tarakan booed when Green Force was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jay Laksana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andi Ie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Yesayas Papara made a huge save. 61 minutes into the match, Green Force's Doyok Syafruddin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Haryanto Putiray narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Fery Akmal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yesayas Papara. That made the score 2-4 in the 62 minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Bimo Zulhaji had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Haryanto Putiray. Tarakan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bimo Zulhaji was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. 71 minutes into the match, Green Force's goal looked a bit too open when Paijo Sembiring came free, but Yesayas Papara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Haryanto Putiray didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bimo Zulhaji went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-5 was the resulting score. 79 minutes into the match, Paijo Sembiring notched a goal, 4-6, to the right of Green Force's Yesayas Papara. Yesayas Papara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 82 minutes into the match, Andra Martin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yesayas Papara. Green Force's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andra Martin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-7. Green Force's Yesayas Papara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andra Martin in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Tarakan eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
