Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marcelo Gaitan kicked off to start the match. When Americo Quintun came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Lomitas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Americo Quintun couldn't finish the play. In the 9th minute of the match, Manos Kapsimalis tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dario Berenguer saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Makis Kaklamanis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute Manos Kapsimalis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Berenguer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute Marcelo Gaitan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iakovos Tselekidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bourniαs's Manos Kapsimalis got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Makis Kaklamanis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Berenguer having to interfere. Americo Quintun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Bourniαs getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Nikos Voulgaridis hit a great ball. Marcelo Gaitan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iakovos Tselekidis having to interfere. Manos Kapsimalis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dario Berenguer came out and tried to block the shot, but Manos Kapsimalis slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 39th minute. Manos Kapsimalis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Dario Berenguer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Giannis Sapounakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelo Gaitan struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Iakovos Tselekidis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lomitas FC. After 46 minutes of play, Lomitas FC's Americo Quintun made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iakovos Tselekidis was left in no man's land by his defense there!
Koulis Kaftis hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Lomitas FC's Dario Berenguer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manos Kapsimalis in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lomitas FC's Carlos Luken got a free kick in the 71st minute. Marcelo Gaitan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giannis Sapounakis hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. When Saul Gonsalve fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Lomitas FC's zone, Makis Kaklamanis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dario Berenguer came out of the goal and Makis Kaklamanis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Bourniαs getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Michalis Digozis hit a great ball. In the 93rd match minute, Lomitas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Luken to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Manos Kapsimalis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bourniαs's supporters rose to their feet, but Manos Kapsimalis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Berenguer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bourniαs's Makis Kaklamanis got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
