Bourniαs's Makis Kaklamanis got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Gabriel Sein fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Urundel's protests and gave Gabriel Sein a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th minute, Gabriel Sein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iakovos Tselekidis acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 14th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Fausto Transito. Ramiro Ekialde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gabriel Sein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iakovos Tselekidis having to interfere. In the 23rdth minute of the game Ramiro Ekialde who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bourniαs's Iakovos Tselekidis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Iker Leobardo hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. 27 minutes into the match, Makis Kaklamanis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mariano Eguerdi. Urundel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Makis Kaklamanis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The supporters of Bourniαs booed when Urundel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iker Leobardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariano Eguerdi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manos Kapsimalis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alonzo Ralondo during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Urundel's Alonzo Ralondo got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute, Ramiro Ekialde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Makis Kaklamanis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bourniαs's supporters rose to their feet, but Makis Kaklamanis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariano Eguerdi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 44thth minute of the game Manos Kapsimalis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Urundel's Mariano Eguerdi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manos Kapsimalis to make the kick off. If Makis Kaklamanis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manos Kapsimalis in the 56th minute of play forced Urundel's goalkeeper Mariano Eguerdi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Makis Kaklamanis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Mariano Eguerdi made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Manos Kapsimalis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mariano Eguerdi. That made the score 0-2 in the 61 minute of play. Iakovos Tselekidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Ekialde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mariano Eguerdi was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Makis Kaklamanis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Makis Kaklamanis really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. After 68 played minutes Bourniαs got a freekick which was hit by Nikos Voulgaridis. After 69 minutes of play, Urundel's Ramiro Ekialde made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iakovos Tselekidis was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 72 played minutes Urundel got a freekick which was hit by Roque Fraco. After recieving a nice pass, Bourniαs's Petros Kalabokis tried to score from far away in the 73rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Mariano Eguerdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manos Kapsimalis in the 79th minute of play. Urundel's Mariano Eguerdi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manos Kapsimalis in the 81st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramiro Ekialde in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iakovos Tselekidis saved Bourniαs from getting behind. Manos Kapsimalis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Mariano Eguerdi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Makis Kaklamanis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Eguerdi having to interfere. Ramiro Ekialde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Iakovos Tselekidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Bourniαs supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bourniαs would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
