Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paijo Sembiring in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kahraman Alatay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Paijo Sembiring got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 10th minute, Andi Ie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kahraman Alatay was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Paijo Sembiring fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kahraman Alatay having to interfere. Tarakan's Paijo Sembiring got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Reha Serhan during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Tarakan booed when MERDO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Reha Serhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Tarakan fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Tarakan's Paijo Sembiring looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Paijo Sembiring's late challenge caught a MERDO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paijo Sembiring helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th match minute, Tarakan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paijo Sembiring to maneuver through the defense. When Ahmet Reha Serhan came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the MERDO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Reha Serhan couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute, Fery Akmal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Özbek Sökmensu came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the MERDO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Özbek Sökmensu couldn't finish the play. If Andi Ie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paijo Sembiring took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kahraman Alatay. Kahraman Alatay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Andi Ie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tarakan's supporters rose to their feet, but Andi Ie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kahraman Alatay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Burhanettin Yiğithan kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Paijo Sembiring fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kahraman Alatay having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
The wind increased when Ahmet Reha Serhan made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Andi Ie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kahraman Alatay was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. The supporters of Tarakan booed when MERDO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nadir Temel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tarakan's Paijo Sembiring got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Paijo Sembiring's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kahraman Alatay was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. The Tarakan fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Tarakan's Paijo Sembiring looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kahraman Alatay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andi Ie in the 77th minute of the match. Özbek Sökmensu in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Haryanto Putiray, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Paijo Sembiring struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Kahraman Alatay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tarakan. Kahraman Alatay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paijo Sembiring's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind MERDO's goalkeeper Kahraman Alatay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Andra Martin kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tarakan had played much better football throughout.
