Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ramiro Ekialde took the kick off in the first half of the match. 10 minutes into the game, Punta Carretas FC's Siro Molinuevo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mariano Eguerdi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 18 played minutes Punta Carretas FC got a freekick which was hit by Cordera Silvestre. In the 18th minute, Ramiro Ekialde fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 21st minute Ramiro Ekialde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelito Cirion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Sein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelito Cirion having to interfere. Mariano Eguerdi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siro Molinuevo, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Roque Peñacerrada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Punta Carretas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Roque Peñacerrada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariano Eguerdi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 36 minutes into the match, Urundel's goal looked a bit too open when Roque Peñacerrada came free, but Mariano Eguerdi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Urundel's zone, Roque Peñacerrada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Eguerdi came out of the goal and Roque Peñacerrada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iker Leobardo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After 43 played minutes Urundel got a freekick which was hit by Roque Fraco. 47 minutes into the match, Punta Carretas FC's goalkeeper Marcelito Cirion had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel Sein. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After 52 minutes, Roque Fraco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Urundel and the Punta Carretas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Urundel's Mariano Eguerdi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Urundel from getting a goal against them. Marcelito Cirion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Sein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th match minute, Punta Carretas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ugutz Urbina to maneuver through the defense. Amadeo Olazabal scored 1-2 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mariano Eguerdi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 67 played minutes Punta Carretas FC got a freekick which was hit by Zigor Cuellar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriel Sein in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelito Cirion prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 71 minutes of play Urundel's Roque Fraco was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 75th play minute Roque Peñacerrada came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mariano Eguerdi. 1-3. Mariano Eguerdi made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Roque Peñacerrada sent off a good shot on target. Roque Peñacerrada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gabriel Sein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bazil Bultes hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Marcelito Cirion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Sein in the 88th minute of the match. Ramiro Ekialde hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 90thth minute of the game Siro Molinuevo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Urundel's Mariano Eguerdi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zigor Cuellar's late challenge caught a Urundel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zigor Cuellar helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Punta Carretas FC's Zigor Cuellar got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute, Precioso Amundarain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Urundel supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Punta Carretas FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Punta Carretas FC.
